About The Position

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude
• Experience with network connectivity
• Knowledge of and demonstrated ability to apply computer technology to customer requirements for networked products and systems solutions
• Post secondary technical/technologist course in electronics
• Customer Service aptitude
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
• Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Nice To Haves

• CompTIA A+ and Network+ Certification is an asset

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, repair and maintain Single-function / multi-functional and company products and systems at customer sites
• Performing equipment service on a required basis within specific time parameters
• Responding to customer calls in a prompt and efficient manner
• Completing preventative maintenance according to regular schedules
• Maintaining all Company tools and materials, including an accurate inventory of parts
• Communicating with the Supervisor regularly on all aspects of service
• Completing required service and equipment performance reports
• Comply with established operational standards
