Requirements

• Interest in technical operations and enterprise software support.
• Knowledge, understanding, and/or interest in the financial sector.

• Progress toward a BA or BS degree.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with MS Windows, SQL, or Dynatrace.
• A BS degree in Finance or Computer Science.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support automated batch processing jobs.
• Assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution under the guidance of senior team members.
• Document technical procedures and update knowledge bases.
• Escalate issues appropriately and collaborate with technical teams to resolve them.
• Communicate with internal teams and contribute to proactive issue prevention.
• Manage client expectations through excellent communication.
• Partner with internal departments to deliver customer service.
• Support the development and refinement of documentation.
• Participate in shift work, potentially including evenings and early mornings as part of a 24/7 support team.
