•$161,300 - $274,200

About The Position

ServiceNow’s Applied AI Forward Deployed Engineering team partners with strategic customers to identify high-value opportunities, accelerate business outcomes, and build reusable AI-native solutions for the Now AI Platform. The role turns cutting-edge LLM capabilities into resilient, secure, scalable enterprise software, working closely with customers to design, implement, and deliver solution-ready builds in agile sprints. The engineer owns end-to-end implementation across backend services, LLM pipelines, data orchestration, and front-end integrations. They embed with customer teams to diagnose problems, adapt and deploy solutions in live environments, and iterate based on real-world needs. The role also codifies reusable patterns and assets, helps shape developer experience, and shares field-tested feedback with platform and product teams. Success includes production-grade delivery, reusable contributions, platform influence, high engineering velocity and precision, and trusted technical leadership from initial implementation through scale.
