About The Position

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in project management, with proven expertise in project leadership and applying project management methodologies.
• Hands-on experience managing fixed-price or fixed-bid projects with full accountability for scope, budget, and delivery.
• Strong experience leading end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery aligned with PMP best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience managing complex project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and change management.
• Ability to serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

Nice To Haves

• PMP certification.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree.
• Experience delivering projects in public sector environments.
• Exposure to account management and business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery aligned with PMP best practices.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet fixed-bid and public sector objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong relationships.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to support communication and task alignment.
• Monitor project risks, issues, and changes, and provide updates and mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular status meetings and deliver progress reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and government regulations in public sector projects.
• Drive continuous process improvement and innovation in project management practices.
