Associate Principal Engineer - Senior Project Manager
About The Position
Lead project planning, execution, and delivery in alignment with PMP best practices. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet fixed-bid and public sector objectives. Serve as the primary client contact, build and maintain stakeholder relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and task alignment. Monitor project risks, issues, and changes; provide timely updates and mitigation strategies; conduct status meetings; and report progress to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and government regulations for public sector projects. Drive continuous process improvement and innovation in project management practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in project management, with proven expertise in project leadership and applying project management methodologies.
- Hands-on experience managing fixed-price or fixed-bid projects with full accountability for scope, budget, and delivery.
- Strong experience leading end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery aligned with PMP best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience managing complex project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and change management.
- Ability to serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

- Experience delivering projects in public sector environments.
- Exposure to account management and business development activities.
