About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Food Handlers Certification required.
• Ability to kneel, stoop, grasp, lift and carry, and transport 50 pounds at a time.
• Ability to push goods on a hand cart or truck weighing up to 200 pounds.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and extreme temperature ranges, and to stand and move about the kitchen for the entire shift.
• Manual dexterity to grasp and use kitchen equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Hotel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with clean, sanitized, and spotless service ware and cooking utensils.
• Prioritize cleanliness and hygiene to support the safety and well-being of guests and team members.
• Use dishwashing or pot machines to thoroughly clean soiled dishware, then promptly and systematically store it in designated areas.
• Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of dishwashing equipment, storage, and work areas.
• Monitor cleaning supply levels to facilitate timely reordering.
