About The Position
Nicola’s is hiring a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher/Cleaner to help keep its kitchen running smoothly and prepare for service. The role is based in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio, and involves maintaining clean and organized dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, as well as supporting cleaning and preparation tasks. The position offers a PM shift and may be part-time or full-time, depending on availability. Prior experience is not required; training is available.
Requirements
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
- Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices, or willingness to learn.
Nice To Haves
- Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Keep the dishwashing station clean, stocked, and efficient.
- Assist with cleaning tasks and food preparation as needed.
