Requirements

Responsibilities

• Load, run, and unload the dish machine.
• Monitor the dish machine, keep it clean, check that wash cycles are sanitary and effective, and report problems immediately.
• Keep the dish room clean and organized, mop and sanitize kitchen floors and dining room hallways, and monitor sanitation buckets.
• Maintain adequate levels of clean dishware and prevent breakage or loss.
• Follow proper hygiene rules and food-safety measures.
