About The Position

As a Dishwasher, you will be an essential part of the Food & Beverage – Culinary team, delivering guest service through meticulous attention to detail. You will help ensure guest satisfaction by supporting the culinary and service teams in providing an exceptional dining experience. The role focuses on keeping service ware, cooking utensils, equipment, storage, and work areas clean and sanitary.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Food Handlers Certification required.
• Ability to kneel, stoop, grasp, lift and carry, and transport items weighing up to 50 lb. at a time.
• Ability to push goods on a hand cart or truck weighing up to 200 lb.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and extreme temperature ranges, and to stand and move about the kitchen for the entire shift.
• Manual dexterity to grasp and use kitchen equipment.

• Hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with clean, sanitized service ware and cooking utensils.
• Prioritize cleanliness and hygiene to support the safety and well-being of guests and team members.
• Use dishwashing or pot machines to thoroughly clean soiled dishware, then promptly and systematically store clean ware in designated areas.
• Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of dishwashing equipment, storage, and work areas.
• Monitor cleaning supply levels to facilitate timely reordering.
