Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service.
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with breakfast service by presenting menu options and making recommendations.
• Maintain and restock coffee and pastry stations throughout each shift.
• Ensure baked goods, breakfast items, and beverage stations are attractively presented and properly stocked.
• Maintain knowledge of the breakfast menu, ingredients, and available offerings.
• Monitor guest needs and proactively offer refills and assistance.
• Keep workstations, dining areas, and service stations clean, organized, and sanitary.
• Complete daily opening, closing, and side-work responsibilities.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, management, and other team members.
• Assist with additional restaurant service responsibilities as business needs require.
