About The Position

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Understanding of aircraft maintenance procedures and operations
• M2 license (or in the process of obtaining it)
• Ability to perform tasks in accordance with aircraft specifications and maintenance manuals
• Canadian citizenship or permanent resident status
• Eligible to obtain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC)
• Class 5 driver’s license
• Good communication skills (French and English)
• Reason: Signing documents are in English — procedures, specifications, and technical regulations are written in English
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure and manage stress effectively
• Demonstrated flexibility based on operational needs
• Strong adaptability, organizational skills, and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Performing routine maintenance tasks scheduled by your coordinator
• Responsible for post-maintenance aircraft certification
• Addressing and correcting defects identified during routine inspections or reported by a flight crew after a flight
