About The Position
Dis-Tran Steel in Washington Court House, OH is looking for a diesel mechanic to join our maintenance department. The main responsibility of this role is to evaluate and repair all mobile equipment and forklifts at the plant. The ideal candidate must be able to inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain all makes and models of material handling equipment. Additional responsibilities include communicating parts needs to management and placing orders for those parts to ensure equipment is repaired promptly.
