About The Position
USL Medical, a leading New Zealand company specializing in healthcare solutions, is seeking a Customer Service Representative for its Auckland team. Responsibilities

- Manage inbound and outbound calls and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction in line with business goals.
- Process customer order/changes/returns according to established policies and procedures.
