About The Position
Full-time Custodian HIRING IMMEDIATELY. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment and must be able to work every other weekend. The role involves cleaning and maintaining the facility to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for guests and staff.
Requirements
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Able to work in a noisy environment.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be available to work every other weekend.
Nice To Haves
- Previous custodial experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Cleans, sweeps, scrubs, mops and polishes floor using industrial vacuum cleaners and buffing machines.
- Cleans walls, windows, mirrors, light fixtures and pictures.
- Cleans restrooms and replenishes restroom supplies.
- Empties waste receptacles.
- May need to move office equipment to clean certain areas.
- May sweep walks, remove snow and perform other duties as assigned.
