The Recovery and Resolution Plan (RRP) group manages the Recovery and Resolution Plan for TD Bank's US entities. This group functions under the US Treasury. The Recovery and Resolution Plan is governed by guidelines issued by US regulatory agencies and must be submitted to regulators according to established deadlines. These plans are comprehensive and necessitate coordinated engagement with stakeholders throughout the Bank. The Resolution Plan submission requires Stress scenario projection that is designed to ensure that the Bank can be liquidated in an orderly manner without causing wider adverse impacts on the financial systems. The Recovery Plan requires submitting results from a severe stress scenario to demonstrate the Bank's ability to recover from significant losses in liquidity and capital. The Recovery and Resolution Planning Manager leads work streams within the Recovery and Resolution Planning function, including development of required outputs, liaison with relevant stakeholders, briefings to senior management and production of associated reporting.
