About The Position

CDJR Brooksville is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Service Administrator / Clerical Support team member to join our growing service department. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, organization, and learning new dealership operations skills in a fast-paced environment. This role will primarily support the service department by handling CSI follow-up calls, assisting with clerical tasks, and training to become a backup Warranty Administrator.

Requirements

  • Basic computer and data entry skills required
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Previous administrative, clerical, customer service, or dealership experience preferred
  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Customer Satisfaction (CSI) follow-up phone calls
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships
  • Assist with general clerical and administrative duties within the service department
  • Support service advisors and management with documentation and organization
  • Learn warranty processes and procedures to serve as backup Warranty Administrator
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry
