About The Position

Under direct supervision, provides clerical support to the claims department. Performs other duties as required or assigned. This is a hybrid eligible role, in our Bakersfield California location. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Customer service experience in an office setting preferred.
  • Must be detail oriented, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to maintain customer confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of software applications including MS Office, proficient in MS Excel highly desirable; Proficient with PC operating systems
  • Ability to operate a variety of office equipment, printers, copy machines, and mailing equipment.
  • Familiar with media applications and converting from one software to another.
