Requirements

Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Minimum 5 years of Management experience – required.
Excellent communication, common sense and problem solving.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong computer and phone skills.
Professional and work ethic.
Ambitious, goal oriented, and able to work within a dynamic & fun environment.
Great Leader & Hard working.
Valid Driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).

Nice To Haves

Consistent track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Knowledge of ADP (CDK) - preferred.
Minimum 3-5 years of automotive experience - preferred.

Responsibilities

Responsible for a team of 12 employees.
Responsible for hiring, motivating and developing diesel technicians.
Complete profit and loss responsibilities including expense control and attainment of revenue goals.
Maintain superior customer service (CSI) through dealership culture.
Work directly with employees and customers to develop relationships.
Growth of the service department sales business, build rapport with customers & enjoy doing business with customers & venders.
Provide training and support to team.
Supervise a very talented department (Technicians, Warranty Specialist, Service Advisors).
