We’re looking for an Administrative Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact at the agency in our Child Support Enforcement Office in Rapides Parish, creating a welcoming environment for clients and visitors and providing administrative support that keeps our front office running smoothly. Responsibilities

  • Provides general clerical assistance to professional staff
  • Proficient use of automated systems to provide information regarding the party to be served, locate services, casework programs and timesheet functions
  • Prepare legal documents, copies, files, logs and bank deposits
  • Processes incoming and outgoing mail
  • Schedule customer intake appointments
  • Assist with paternity establishment appointments
  • May serve as receptionist for the office
