The Firearms Program Coordinator is a specialized court staff member responsible for managing and coordinating all functions of the Firearms Transfer Assistance Program (FTAP). This role involves close collaboration with judges, county courts, prosecutors, defense attorneys, law enforcement, and other court personnel and agencies to ensure the proper administration and recording of firearms transfer orders in domestic violence and intimate partner protective order cases. The work is performed under the supervision of the Specialty Court Coordinator Supervisor and does not involve supervising others.
