About The Position
Our client in the gaming industry is seeking a strong Sr. Accountant to assist the financial controller with a number of accounting initiatives and responsibilities. In this role, you'll be tackling month-end, variance analysis, audit assistance, and financial reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, including G/L, Fixed Assets, Variance Analysis, and accruals
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Strong understanding of GAAP
Nice To Haves
- Experience working on budgeting and forecasting is a strong plus
Responsibilities
- General ledger accounting
- Variance analysis
- Journal entries
- Accruals
- Account reconciliations
- Fixed Assets
- Ensure financial statements are produced with no errors
- Intercompany accounting across multiple entities and countries
- Assist in the accounting automations set-up through the companies selected ERP system
