Responsibilities

• Create original articles, product pages, cost guides and FAQs explaining insurance in clear, accessible language.
• Guide consumers toward getting an insurance quote or connecting with an insurance broker through informative content.
• Update and improve existing online materials to ensure accuracy and strengthen performance.
• Collaborate with brokers to understand different insurance coverages.
• Interview subject matter experts, industry partners and clients to develop a variety of content.
• Partner with the SEO team to identify opportunities, understand search intent, strengthen page structure and internal linking, and improve organic performance.
• Manage a busy publishing schedule, balance multiple priorities, incorporate feedback and collaborate with different teams.
