About The Position

Requirements

• 7+ years of construction management experience, including direct experience in data center projects
• Strong understanding of mission-critical systems and sequencing of electrical, mechanical, and IT infrastructure
• Proficiency in Primavera, Procore, Bluebeam, and other project management and document control tools
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, schedule milestones, and construction budgets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with both field and executive stakeholders
• Technical expertise in reviewing construction drawings, submittals, and system specs
• Demonstrated experience with successful project turnover and closeout procedures
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead ground-up and renovation data center projects, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and scope
• Manage all phases of construction, including subcontractor coordination, permitting, procurement, and quality control
• Oversee mission-critical subcontractors with a focus on systems integration, scheduling, and delivery milestones
• Utilize Procore to manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients using Bluebeam to review and mark up technical drawings
• Drive project schedules, mitigate delays, and ensure timely completion through detailed planning and communication
• Maintain tight control over project budgets and forecasting, ensuring alignment with client objectives
• Lead project closeout activities including punch lists, commissioning, turnover packages, and post-construction documentation
