About The Position

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt and remain flexible on a day-to-day basis.
• Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to be flexible with daily working hours, including early start times.
• Regular in-person attendance at the home branch, two to three days per week or more frequently based on operational and programmatic needs.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided.

• Previous experience in health services, social services, or financial education.

Responsibilities

• Lead groups of 20–30 women in group activities, including social support and education on a variety of topics.
• Provide counseling, coaching, referrals, and advocacy to help participants access services and resources across assigned cities or branches in the region.
• Educate members on financial and business topics, including savings accounts and credit scores, with support from the Grameen America team.
• Support the implementation of different levels of program intervention, including education-only models for new or expanding communities.
• Build positive, supportive relationships with participants from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, individually and in groups.
• Help participants develop health management plans and goals, as well as financial goals.
• Coach participants in managing chronic conditions and practicing self-care.
• Manage schedules and coordinate group sessions and individual counseling.
• Document participant encounters, maintain participant files, and record activities in Salesforce.
• Build and maintain relationships with social service agencies, medical institutions, and other community organizations and resources to facilitate referrals.
• Help reduce cultural and socioeconomic barriers between clients and institutions.
• Adapt to changing program priorities and temporary national assignments based on organizational needs.
• Maintain regular communication and coordination with the home branch team and national assignment teams.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
