About The Position

This position is expected to last from the end of August through December. Our coaches help impact positive change in lifestyle decisions by helping individuals set and achieve goals that target fitness, nutrition, weight, stress, health, and management of life issues. The coaching is a telephonic and e-coaching intervention program driven by comprehensive Health Risk Assessment results. Our health professionals review the participant’s report and work with the individual telephonically to help him or her set personal goals and establish strategies to succeed in accomplishing these goals.

Requirements

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
  • Passion for wellness and coaching people to drive change in behavior.

Responsibilities
