About The Position
NorBella Rogers, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Caregiver, HHA/CNA to join our team! NorBella Rogers is located in Rogers, MN, just off I-94 and MN-101. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our 40-unit apartment-style community providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services. NorBella Rogers is a growing community with a fun, caring, and passionate team. Join our team today! Shifts Available: Full-Time PMs (2pm-10pm) HHA Wage: $17.00-$22.00 per hour CNA Wage: $19.00-$24.00 per hour Shift Differential: $1.00 for PMs, $2.00 for NOCs Are you compassionate towards others? Responsibilities
- Providing support to our residents with their personal care services
- Provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
- Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
- Assist with medication administration.
