About The Position
Brushy Creek Post Acute is a 144-bed skilled nursing facility in Greer, South Carolina, with a cottage-style campus. The Certified Nursing Assistant provides hands-on care and support to residents, helping ensure their comfort, dignity, and safety within the facility’s cottage-style care model. The position offers 12-hour day or night shifts and an organized, team-focused environment with accessible leadership and manageable assignments.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Active CNA certification in South Carolina is required.
- Compassionate and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC).
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Support residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning.
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment.
- Work alongside nurses and the care team to follow care plans.
- Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care.
