About The Position

Requirements

• Must be an ambassador of our mission and core values
• Food Manager Protection Certification
• Requisite necessary skills include organization, communication (internally & with vendors), inventory management, tech savvy, and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• 18 years of age or older
• Passion for food and people
• Awesome, Energetic Attitude and personality
• Be willing to take direction and work both independently and with a team
• Be able to lift at least 20 pounds regularly and reach, squat, and bend
• Able to work in a fast-paced setting for up to 6 hours
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Reliable Transportation to and from work
• Comfort with technology, learning new platforms and a keen attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Oversee, implement and rollout all operations/new recipes/menus/training
• Ability to delegate, provide direction and see tasks to completion
• Enforce all policies, coach all procedures, and foster a positive culture for all team members
• Maintain Budgeting and financial responsibilities
• Accurately and faithfully completes daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and maintenance lists
• Ensure all food meets food safety and quality standards to eliminate cross-contamination on the front line
