About The Position

The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) would perform skilled direct patient care activities under the clinical supervision of the Occupational Therapist. This is a part-time position with a minimum of 20 hours per week, covering LTAC (Long-Term Acute Care) in Indiana, including Greenfield. The role is part of a dynamic therapy team and offers easy access to local Regional Management Staff for support. LTAC provides a higher level of care than nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, or assisted living facilities, and is designed for medically complex patients requiring hospital-level treatment but not intensive care monitoring.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy Assistant program
  • Current or eligible for state license
  • Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

  • Prefer active membership with the American Occupational Therapy Association (not required)
  • Prefer minimum one (1) year experience
  • New grads welcome to apply
