About The Position
A respected skilled nursing facility in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, is seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join its rehabilitation team. The facility offers a supportive team environment, mentorship, and resources for career growth. New graduates are welcome. This is a direct-hire, permanent-placement role scheduled Monday through Friday. The estimated pay range is approximately $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience, setting, location, and status. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Current Massachusetts license or eligibility for licensure.

Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans under occupational therapist supervision.
- Assist patients with daily living and functional activities.
