About The Position
A respected Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Alameda, California, is seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join its rehabilitation team. This is a direct-hire, permanent placement role scheduled Monday through Friday. The estimated pay range is $50–$55 per hour, depending on experience, setting, and location. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Current California license or eligibility for licensure.

Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans under occupational therapist supervision.
- Assist patients with daily living and functional activities.
- Document patient progress and communicate updates to the occupational therapist.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques.
