About The Position
A respected Skilled Nursing Facility in Albuquerque, New Mexico, is seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join its rehabilitation team. The facility offers a supportive team environment, mentorship, and resources for career growth. New graduates are welcome. This is a direct-hire, permanent placement position, scheduled Monday through Friday. The estimated pay range is $30–$40 per hour, depending on experience, setting, and location.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Current New Mexico license or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong communication skills and a patient-care focus.

Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans under occupational therapist supervision.
- Assist patients with daily living and functional activities.
- Document patient progress and communicate updates to the occupational therapist.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques.
- Support the rehabilitation team in achieving patient goals.
