About The Position

Relient Health is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join a respected Skilled Nursing Facility in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The facility provides high-quality rehabilitation services and describes its therapy department as collaborative and supportive. New graduates and experienced occupational therapists are welcome. This is a direct-hire, permanent-placement position with a Monday–Friday schedule.

The Occupational Therapist evaluates patients, develops individualized treatment plans, delivers therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence, documents patient progress, and adjusts plans as needed. The role also includes educating patients, families, and caregivers, collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team, and supervising and guiding Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs).

The estimated pay range is approximately $40–$55 per hour, depending on experience, setting, and location. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current New Mexico license or eligibility for licensure.
• Passion for improving patients’ quality of life.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities
