About The Position
Relient Health is recruiting a full-time Occupational Therapist for a respected skilled nursing facility in Loveland, Colorado. The facility provides rehabilitation services and describes its therapy department as collaborative and supportive. The role is open to new graduates as well as experienced occupational therapists, with tools and support provided to help staff succeed. The position is a direct-hire, permanent placement, scheduled Monday through Friday. Estimated pay is approximately $40–$50 per hour, depending on experience, setting, and location.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Current Colorado license or eligibility for licensure.
- Passion for improving patients’ quality of life.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ function and independence.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about therapy goals.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.
- Provide supervision and guidance to COTAs.
