About The Position
A full-time Physical Therapist position at a skilled nursing facility in Loveland, Colorado. The therapist will join a collaborative rehabilitation team and help patients regain independence. The facility welcomes both new graduates and experienced professionals and offers a supportive team environment and opportunities for career growth. The role is direct hire and permanent placement, scheduled Monday through Friday. Estimated compensation is approximately $40–$50 per hour, depending on experience, setting, and location.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current Colorado license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
- Document patient progress using EMR systems.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
