About The Position
A full-time Physical Therapist is sought for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Norristown, Pennsylvania. The role involves helping patients improve strength, mobility, and functional independence as part of a collaborative rehabilitation team. The facility offers support and tools for both new graduates and experienced therapists. This is a direct-hire, permanent-placement position with a Monday-to-Friday schedule. The estimated rate is approximately $40–$50 per hour, depending on experience, setting, and location.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current Pennsylvania license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong time management skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a Physical Therapist; however, new graduates are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
- Document patient progress using EMR systems.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
