About The Position
A respected Skilled Nursing Facility in Salinas, California, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join its rehabilitation team. The facility provides high-quality rehabilitation services and a collaborative therapy department, with support and resources for both new graduates and experienced professionals. The position is a direct-hire, permanent placement and offers an estimated rate of approximately $60–$65 per hour, depending on experience, setting, and location.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current California license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
- Document patient progress using EMR systems.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
