About The Position
A full-time Physical Therapist is sought for a Skilled Nursing Facility in San Jose, California. The position is a direct hire/permanent placement on a collaborative rehabilitation team providing high-quality rehabilitation services. The role is open to both new graduates and experienced physical therapists and offers a supportive team environment and opportunities for career growth. The stated estimated pay range is approximately $50–$60 per hour, depending on experience, setting, and location.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current California license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
- Document patient progress using EMR systems.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
