About The Position
A full-time Physical Therapist is sought for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Fort Collins, Colorado. The role involves helping patients improve mobility, strength, and functional independence as part of a collaborative rehabilitation team. Applications are welcomed from both new graduates and experienced professionals. This is a direct-hire, permanent placement offering an estimated rate of approximately $40–$50 per hour, depending on experience, setting, and location.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current Colorado license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong time-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
- Document patient progress using EMR systems.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
