About The Position
Relient Health is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join a respected Skilled Nursing Facility in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. The facility provides high-quality rehabilitation services and has a collaborative therapy department, with tools and support for both new graduates and experienced therapists. This is a direct-hire, permanent placement role with a Monday–Friday schedule. The estimated pay range is $42–$48 per hour, depending on experience, setting, and location. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package, paid time off, paid holidays, and continuing education support. Some positions may offer a sign-on bonus or relocation assistance.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Current Massachusetts license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Passion for improving patients’ quality of life.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ function and independence.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about therapy goals.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.
- Provide supervision and guidance to COTAs.
