The company is privately held, led by founder, chairman and CEO John Fish, and is ranked #8 on ENR’s list of “Top CM-at-Risk Contractors.” The Senior Manager, Corporate Talent Acquisition will support and scale Suffolk’s growing Corporate function. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate openings across multiple departments, such as Administration, Finance, IT, and AI. You will partner closely with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies, evaluate talent, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the hiring process. This role requires strong in-house Corporate Talent Acquisition experience, the ability to operate in a consultative manner, and comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This new role reports to the Director of Corporate Talent Acquisition and is based in the Boston headquarters, requiring on-site presence four days per week to support interviews and collaborate with hiring managers in person.
