About The Position

They are seeking highly motivated individuals with a compassionate understanding for the elderly in the Bethel/Danbury area and surrounding towns. The role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, personal care, ambulation, transfers, medication reminders, and providing respect for the patient and their property. Griswold Home Care is described as one of the most innovative non-medical homecare companies in the industry, dedicated to providing love and great service to the elderly in their own homes in the Fairfield County area. Requirements
- Ability to pass a background check
- 2 professional references / 2 personal references
- Prefer a minimum of one year of experience to provide non medical services to our elderly clients
- 2 forms of unexpired acceptable Identification Documents
Responsibilities
- Assist with ADL activities
- Assist with personal care
- Assist with ambulation with canes, walkers, wheelchairs
- Assist with transfers
- Medication reminders
- Provide respect for the patient and their property
