About The Position

Visiting Angels of York is hiring a part-time Home Caregiver for day or evening shifts. The position offers flexible scheduling, with up to full-time hours potentially available depending on flexibility, availability, and demand. Caregivers provide one-on-one, non-medical assistance to clients in the York County area. The position may require travel.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of current auto insurance.
• The position may require travel.

Nice To Haves

• One year of professional caregiving experience preferred.
• CNA license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, toileting, and incontinence care.
• Help with light housekeeping and other quiet household tasks.
• Provide transfers, ambulation, and mobility assistance as needed.
• Monitor clients to ensure their safety and comfort throughout the night.
• Provide other non-medical assistance as assigned.
