About The Position

The Caregiver provides non-medical home care services to individuals in St. Louis County, Jefferson County, and part of Franklin County. The role involves assisting clients with daily activities, offering companionship and emotional support, helping with meals and light housekeeping, and accompanying clients to appointments and outings. Caregivers need a flexible, open schedule and must be able to travel within the service area and respond to work at a moment’s notice.

Requirements

• Have an open and flexible schedule.
• Be willing to travel throughout St. Louis County, Jefferson County, and part of Franklin County.
• Be able to go to work at a moment’s notice.
• Have reliable and insured transportation.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Be over 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks.
• Accompany clients to appointments and outings as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care team members.
