About The Position

TheKey is hiring caregivers to support clients in Columbus. Caregivers provide one-to-one assistance to clients in their homes, helping with personal care, companionship, mobility support, transportation, and household tasks. The role offers day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts, with full-time and part-time schedule options. Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• Must comply with state background screening requirements.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Provide companionship through social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
• Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
• Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
• Support client mobility, as indicated in the overview.
