About The Position
TheKey is hiring experienced caregivers to support clients in Columbus. Caregivers provide one-to-one assistance to clients in their homes, helping with personal care, companionship, mobility support, transportation, and other daily needs. The role offers full-time and part-time schedules, with shifts available during days, evenings, weekends, and overnights. TheKey describes its local teams as providing support to caregivers as they build relationships with clients and help aging adults.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
- Must comply with state background screening requirements.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
- Provide companionship through social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
- Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
- Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
- Provide mobility support as needed.
