About The Position

TheKey is hiring caregivers to provide one-to-one in-home support to clients in Stoughton, Brockton, Bridgewater, and Canton, Massachusetts. Caregivers help aging adults with personal care, companionship, mobility support, transportation, and other everyday needs. The role offers day, evening, weekend, and overnight shift availability, with full-time and part-time schedule options. TheKey describes its local teams as providing support to caregivers as they build relationships with clients and contribute to the well-being of aging adults.

Requirements

• At least one year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• Comply with state background screening requirements.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Provide companionship through social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
• Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
• Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
