About The Position

Visiting Angels of Lancaster is hiring a dependable, friendly Caregiver to provide one-on-one care to seniors in their homes in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and surrounding areas including Lititz, Elizabethtown, and Manheim. This part-time position offers up to full-time hours depending on flexibility, availability, and demand. The company has a particular need for day and weekend shift coverage, and flexible evening shifts are also available.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of current auto insurance.

Nice To Haves

• One year of professional caregiving experience is preferred.
• A CNA license is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care assistance, such as bathing.
• Help with errands, grocery shopping, and meal preparation.
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide mobility assistance and monitoring.
• Offer companionship through conversation, games, or activities.
