About The Position

TheKey is hiring experienced caregivers to support clients in Columbus. Caregivers assist clients one-to-one inside their homes with personal care, companionship, mobility support, transportation, and light housekeeping. TheKey describes its local teams as providing support to caregivers as they build meaningful relationships with clients and help aging adults. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, with shifts during days, evenings, weekends, and overnights. The role pays $18–$20 per hour; compensation, benefits, and bonuses may vary by state and location.

Requirements

• At least one year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• Comply with state background screening requirements.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Provide social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
• Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
• Provide light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
• Support clients with mobility needs.
