About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in business systems analysis, enterprise architecture, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of system design, integration, and support of enterprise applications and infrastructure.
• Experience with requirements gathering, process modelling, and documentation.

Nice To Haves

• Relevant certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMP are preferred.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Experience with cloud platforms and modern development methodologies (Agile, DevOps).
• Certifications in project management or enterprise architecture (TOGAF, Zachman).
• Familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

• Leads the analysis and documentation of complex business requirements, conducting requirements gathering sessions to define scope and objectives for new or enhanced systems.
• Collaborates with stakeholders, including senior leaders, to identify opportunities for process improvements and technology innovations aligned with organizational strategies.
• Translates broad business needs into detailed, complex system and application specifications for development and support teams.
• Oversees the design, configuration, and deployment of enterprise systems, applications, and infrastructure to meet business requirements.
• Leads testing, validation, and quality assurance activities to ensure system functionality, performance, and security standards are met.
• Provides technical guidance and mentorship to team members and stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
• Ensures compliance with organizational standards, policies, and regulatory requirements in all system and process activities.
• Monitors system performance, identifies issues, and implements corrective actions to optimize operational efficiency.
• Contributes to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating current systems and recommending enhancements.
• Manages vendor relationships and oversees third-party service providers to ensure quality and compliance.
